The Problem
There wasn’t a solution available on the market that helps creators on both aspects of their businesses - monetization and growth of their respective social media accounts. They needed guidance and a place to manage everything from a single space.
Analysis
Using quantitative research that would indicate whether or not the hypothesis was a hunch or a real thing (KPI example: looking for a 45% retention rate for the first experiment). Collecting quotes and tracking unconscious behaviors from creators during user interviews.
Solution
Creating a platform that shares bite-sized useful information like daily collaboration opportunities with brands and growth tips & tricks. Using gamification to increase retention rate and enhance the user experience by simplifying the user journey.

ux research
Defining the problem, user personas, benchmarking competitors, and journey mapping.
ux design
crafting first versions of design based on collected data from user research.

After agreeing on the low fidelity MVP, solidifying the design by making local components and a style guide.

Using the design system, creating final design solutions, and delivering over to developers.
